If there is a problem with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation.

Yarn can be returned within 14 days at your cost if it is unopened, unused and in resaleable condition. 

Please note that colours do look different on different monitors and while we do try, this makes exact colour matching is impossible. Please feel free to ask for a more in-depth description of anything you are unsure of.
